I. All that tract of land situated at the Point of Rocks, on the Appomatox [[Appomattox]] River, Va. containing four hundred and eighty-five (485) acres, more or less, and known as the farm of the Revd. John Strong, having been voluntarily abandoned by its disloyal owner, and for the past twelve months or more, used and occupied, as a United States Hospital, is, with all the buildings and other property thereon hereby set apart for the use of the Bureau of Refugees, Freedmen, and Abandoned Lands.
