Number of men subsisting on the Whitehead Farm:

Remarks: A half dozen double shovel plows are greatly needed to assist in cultivating the crops already in ground. The condition of the Whitehead Farm is very bad the corn has not been attended to since it was first in ground; the grass is killing much of the corn. There are about 60 acres of corn planted, and with good attention may yet yield a considerable crop.
