It appearing that the property of J.N. Pullen, Nos. 53, 55, 57, 59 & 61 Bermuda Sts; 44 James St and double house Cor. [[corner]] Bermuda Sts. and Archer's Lane was not abandoned and that it was restored to him by the Treasury Dept. and that it was transferred to the Freedmen's Bureau through a mistake, it is hereby ordered that all of said property be returned to him, together with all rents accruing form the same since it has been in the possession of the Bureau.
