Colonel:
The proceedings in the case pending in the U.S. Court against the property of A. T M. Rust having been discontinued by order of the Attorney General, you are hereby directed to restore said property to its former owner.

The provisions of Circular No. 3, current series, from this Bureau are to be carefully observed.
Nothing in the Order of restoration is to be construed as granting any additional claim upon this Bureau for damages or rents which have accrued.
