Colonel: I have the honor to enclose herewith $30.00 belonging to Charles Johnson, a young colored man, living in Richmond and who will call for it. It is money collected from a debt due Johnson from a man named Parker in this city and is thus forwarded at Johnson's request. I am Colonel, Very respectfully &c John Eaton jr Col & Asst Commissioner
