Discharge of Employees.

In this District as in the 9th many employees who are now reported and under pay can be discharged without detriment to the interests of the Bureau. After a careful examination of Capt Flagg's "Form No 2" for February - and after full examination with him - I came to the conclusion that the following "Persons and after full consultation with him, I came to the conclusion that the following "Persons and Articles Hired" could be dispensed with at the end of the present month. I resperfully recommend therefor that Capt Flagg be ordered to discharge such of the Persons as appear upon the following list - who have not already been dismissed.
