I have the honor to request an order, or permission to issue one, for the removal of the sick in Freedmen's Hospital at Point of Rocks Va, to the Howard Grove Hospital at Richmond Va.

An order for the removal of the Orphan Asylum from Point of Rocks Va to Camp Lee, near Richmond Va - in accordance with a report forwarded to your Office several days since.  This arrangement is understood to be approved by Col O. Brown Ast Comr State Va.
