Office Superintendent Freedmen. Norfolk Va June 23d 1865. Col O. Brown Asst. Com Freedmen } Sir, I have the honor to report that in obedience to your orders I proceeded this morning to remove the inmates of the "Orphanage" to Point of Rocks.
