Finds difficulty in getting office for his sub Dist.

Arrested party of ret'd rebels who undertook to drive the tenants from there farm by force, and asks if he did right.  

Wishes to know to whom the rent of land sold last spring and for which the tenants were paying rent; shall be paid.

In relation to transportation for himself
