by you for such position.  Wm P. H. O'Brien the officer whom I found on duty here. and who has since been mustered out of service to Warwick Co.  He is a good and efficient man.  I have been put in possession of the Hospital building in Hamilton formerly used as hospital, for colored troops, which will accommodate all the patients who from poverty or other cause will be cared for by the Bureau, in this Dist.  Can you inform me what arrangements are made for the detail of surgeons for this Bureau? and also for the supply of the necessary medicines?
