these buildings are known to be occupied by prostitutes & a portion of one other as a sutler store. There are no vacant buildings at this Camp. 

At Camp Winder I found 25 Barracks in use of 493 men of the 11th U.S. Infty. and 28 others occupied by the 14th U.S. Infty (262 men). Some 15 more are occupied by the Ambulance Corps. There seems to be plenty of bunks in these, all of which were found in the Barracks when first occupied by our troops. In addition to the foregoing were 20 other barracks, recently occupied by the 3d Pa Cavalry, & which have, since being vacated by them, been torn down & removed, at least, all except 4 which are now being torn down — The sentry informed me this was being done by order of Capt.
