At Jackson Hospital were found 80 barracks, 5 Hd Qr. buildings and 8 buildings for Matrons, occupied by 134 confederate patients, 30 guards and 52 attaches.

At the Post Hospital (formerly Stuarts) are 340 Beds in 10 Barracks and 239 Patients, also 52 attaches. There are also here 18 other smaller buildings including Offices and quarters for Surgeons & Bake. Both Ice houses, Laundry &c.

At Howard Grove are 15 Barracks occupied by 411 enlisted men of the 24th Regt. Mass Vols. and 25 occupied by 744 Officers & men of the 20 Regt. N.Y. S.M.
