Dist of Henrico

I have the honor to request that you will have a non commissioned officer and three men detailed and ordered to report to me at this Hospital, for duty, as soon as practical.
The Guard at present on duty here, belong to the 11th Pa. Cav. Vols which regiment is ordered to be "Mustered Out of Service" and I have received official orders for them to report to their Command-
I would respectfully request that the detail be made out of the 24th U.S. Troops.
