Charge Grand Larceny. Specification- In this, that she, Rose Manson (colored) did on or about the night of Feb 21st 1866, unlawfully & feloniously take, steal and carry away from the premises of Fredrick Kleresahl on Broad street in the City of Richmond, Twenty five dollars U.S. Currency, and a vest valued at Five dollars with the intention of appropriating the same to her own use and benefit.

Fredrick Kleresahl being duly [?] [?] recognize the prisoner Ros Manson (colored) She was my servant and has been in my employ since the 1st o this month. Night before last when I retired I left my vest (in the pocket of which there was twenty five dollars U.S. Currency) lying on my bureau about two feet from my bed.
