In compliance with instructions contained in Special Orders No 10, I have the honor to report that up to June 30th 1865. I have not received funds or property from any Source for the benefit of Refugees or Freedmen. I cannot therefore make any Report of "Receipts & Expenditures."

I have [[strikethrough]] only [[/strikethrough]] been on duty in this District only a few days, and as I was the first officer apptd to this District. No operations connected with the bureau have been in progress here.
