In compliance with Special Order No. 11 dated Hd. Qrs. Asst. Comr. Richmond Va., June 29th 1865, I have the honor to submit the following Report:

For furnishing destitute and suffering Refugees and Freedmen for the quarter ending Sept 30th 1865.

Provisions 7000 Rations
Fuel Wood   583 Cords
Clothing   None

This report does not comprise any part of the Dist other than Alexandria and Fairfax Counties.  As no Officers have, as yet, reported to take charge of the distant Counties, it is impossible to make any estimate of what is required for them.
