I have the honor to forward herewith my estimate of Quarter Master stoves in addition to that for [?] previously forwarded.

The fuel much needed by many who are now barely able to support themselves and who in the very cold climate of this region will suffer severely without such gratuitous issue.

The forage is for [?] public horses now in [?]

The heating stoves and pipes are for the several offices in this district and will be requisite for the transaction of its business.
