A negro man was brutally murdered on last Monday, about five miles from here by parties unknown. He was not identified. The murderers robbed and stripped his body excepting pants and stockings. I [[strikethrough]] have [[/strikethrough]] sent one of my best men to investigate and if possible find clue to murderers. But so far without success. Will not the Bureau offer rewards for detection of murderers in such cases as this?
