Warwick County.
That tract of land, formerly owned by Wm G. Young, situated in Warwick Co. and State of Virginia, containing 128 3/4 acres more or less, (called Hog Island), bounded east by land of Collins; west by his other land.

That tract of land formerly owned by Wm G. Young, situated in Warwick Co. and State of Virginia, containing 160 acres more or less, bounded on the east by land of Dobbins; south by lands of Russell and Bartlett.

That tract of land called "Brickhouse Farm," formerly owned by Wm G. Young, situated in Mulberry Island, Warwick Co. and State of Virginia, containing 150 acres more or less, bounded North by lands of Diggs; East by lands of Green; south by lands of Curtis; and west by James River.

That tract of land formerly owned by Richard D. Lee, situated in Warwick Co. and State of Virginia, containing 2459 1/2 acres more or less, bounded on the north and west by Skiff Creek; East by lands of Dr. Humphrey Curtis and Allen Davis; and South by the Weymouth Estate.
