Said second party further agrees to pay One (1) Dollar per thousand feet as stumpage for the logs and timber to stock said Mills to the said party of the first part and ten cents per log for cutting. Thirty cents per log for hauling and delivering upon the logways at the said mills. Said logs to be cut (Standard) sixteen feet long and not less than fourteen inches in diameter and to be of good sound timber. Said party of the second part further agrees to turn over lumber at a fair market price from time to time as said party of the first part may require. It is further understood by and between the said parties that all balances in accounts between said parties shall be adjusted and paid monthly. It is further agreed between the said parties that the said party of the first part shall take from the tail of said Mills all lumber count and stick the same in good order for which the said party of the second part shall be chargeable at the rate of thirty cents per thousand feet.
