I have the honor to forward for your approval, the following Reports, namely: -
Report of Officers & men on duty &c.
Report of Civilians employed &c (Form 2)
Report of Persons transferred &c. (Form 53).
Report of Persons Discharged &c (Form 8).
Estimate for funds for Oct. to cover above reports.

The Report of rations would have accompanied these, but for the fact I have received no returns from Yorktown, I have written and telegraphed them, and have rec'd no return.  I shall have an Agent there Monday who will make the interests of the Bureau his business.
