Reed Sir The case we had allusion to was that of Malvina Lacy (Cold) [[strikethrough]] against [[/strikethrough]] charged with stealing money from Claray Cooper (Cold). The proof was positive against the accused when we ordered her to be confined until she refunded the money stolen. Shortly afterwards she came back at liberty, being released by you. furthermore she said [[strikethrough]] Claray Cooper [[/strikethrough]] an abusive Lacy used some very impudent language towards us Very Respectfully E J Richardson J P Thos W Roche J.P
