I find on my return that the Military instead of your Bureau has charge of the House of Mrs Wortham for which you issued an order to turn over.  And I shall not be able to procure a House as soon as your order directs, being compelled to go to Alexandria to attend Court.  Therefore I ask that you recind the order as to 1st Oct and insert the 1st Nov the date of seperation of my agreement.  I cannot possible go out that time as Mrs B. is confined to her room with a young baby - An early reply with much oblige
