The undersigned approve of the objects of an Agency as above stated, believing that with the proper officers and organization, that it would be highly beneficial to the country and remunerative to the stockholders, and meet a public want and necessity; and when it is so far perfected in its details and organization that his Excellency Governor Andrew, of Massachusetts, will consent to act as its President, or it shall become a branch of the AMERICAN LAND ASSOCIATION AND AGENCY, we will then subscribe to its stock, and become interested in the organization.
