Transmits report of F. Court in case of Edwin Harrison cold., which decides that he has no claim to the land, as previous deeds made to S. S. Weisinger & A M Jackson precludes it - further that will of Nat. Harrison gave to F. Miles said property on fee simple & absolutely & not for life only to revert to his heirs at law at death as stated by petitioner. Thinks is a case for civil courts to decide
