Steamer Weibassett [[Weybasset]] at old Pt yesterday.  I telegraphed agent at Norfolk to see her relative to accommodations for more  women and children to Texas.  Q.M. here does not know.  Can take the number reported.  They should be sent down to Hampton Hospital by second August
