   I have fild my papers with Cap Wilder to be sent to you for disposal I hope you will give me possession of my farm immediately as all of the crops are gotten in, and give me a right to take all of my personal property where ever I may find it, consisting of stock of every discription hous furniture and farming utencils; I hope you will give me rent for this year as the Government got about seven hundred dollars rent last year.  I have received pardon from the president and showed it to one of your offercers last weak you will pleas reply to this as early a possible
