Chesterfield, to wit:
   This day Geo. W. Cole, Anderson Edwards and Jordan Cox personally appeared before me D.N. Patteson a Justice of the peace for the County aforesaid and made oath that the appraisement hereto annexed and such as was made by them and is to the best of their Judgement.
   
Given under my hand this 18th day of December 1856.
