{ In an appeal from the Judgment and order of the county Court of Chesterfield County rendered on the 10th day of Nov. 1856 whereby it was ordered, that a writing purposing to be the last will and testament of Thomas Howlett, deceased bearing date the 4th day of July 1856, be established and recorded as the last will and testament of Thomas Howlett deceased.

This day came again the parties by their attornies and thereupon the transcript of the record aforesaid, being seen and inspected, and the testimony taken during the present term as well on behalf of the Appellant, As of the Appellees, having been maturely considered by the court; it seems to the court that there is no error in the said Judgment and order of the County Court Therefore it is considered by the Court that
