(Vol 3) A.C. of Va/65 Chesterfield Co Va Nov 12th 1865 Howlett George & Howlett Wilson States that Thomas Howlett was their master and father, and died July 9" 1856 and willed his Estate to his servants, Benj Hatcher was administrator and has cut the timber from the farm (containing 262 acres), and says that he has deposited the money in Confederate stocks. and that he cannot get it for them, &c &c Bureau R.F & A.L.
