collection and distribution of the proceeds of these bonds, and for the Settlement of the Executorial accounts of Benjamin Hatcher, and for the Distribution of any other estate of the testator among the Plaintiffs, That suit is still pending, The plaintiffs were free men at the time of its institution, and were and are entitled to the benefit of all the laws applicable to white persons. That Court has competent jurisdiction, and will settle and adjudicate the case as if the plaintiffs were white persons and to that tribunal we respectfully suggest the case had better be left
