The Portsmouth Meeting.

At the meeting in Portsmouth held under the same notice and for the same purpose Nov 14th 1865 Calvin Pepper Esq received 382 votes and B.W. Bond 122 votes Majority for C. Pepper 260 votes. The meeting was of intense interest and adjourned harmoniously.
