Special Circular;
   Unitl the Bureau of Refugees, Freedmen and Abandoned Lands can establish a Dispensary in the city, the Medical Officer in charge of the U.S. Dispensary in this city, will fill all prescriptions of Physicians attached to the Bureau.
    A list of Physicians attached to the Bureau, in the several city districts, is herewith appended.
