I wish through you yo be informed as to the proper steps necessary to the recovery of the Landed Estate of John Winder, Deceased, the property being & lying in the vicinity of York Town & Hampton - the property is occupied by the servants formerly of the said Winder. The property are claimed by & asked for on the part of the three orphan children two daughters & on son, a boy. minor, of the said John Winder Deceased
