Dear Sir
   I received yours. I have written Wilder. I think he is in Washington still.
   Do you desire the BuckRoe farm and the Whiting farm? Both are occupied by black communities and on one is a church and schoolhouse.
   Please inform me.  The Buckroe is said to contain 1000 acres & the Whiting 100. acres
   If you dont want them. take your niggers off from them.
