On my return home last Thursday after the interview I had with you at your office in Richmond, I forwarded the certificate of the clerk of the City here, upon receipt of which you promised to send me immediately an order for my property. I have rec'd no response whatever and hope I shall not be driven to the expense of another trip to Washington. You have a copy of my oath, an order from the Bureau in Washington to restore my property, and the Certificate of the District Court that none of my property is in litigation. Will you do me the
