46 30th August 1865 Special Orders No. 42 I So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Dr. R. P. Waller, consisting of portions of two tracts of land, known as Town Quarter and Temples, situated in Williamsburg, Va. is restored to him with all the rights and privilege of ownership, subject to the requirements of Circular No. 3, War Dept. Bureau R. F. & A. L. Washington, D.C. 22nd May 1865 upon the following conditions, viz:- 1st The property will be turned over to Dr. R. P. Waller upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists. 2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued. II So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Albert N. Aikin of Aikin's Landing, James River, Va. consisting of a line shaft belonging to his Mill at Varina, is restored to him with all the rights and privilege of ownership upon the following conditions, viz; 1st The property will be turned over to Mr. Aikin upon the expiration of the 47 lease to any third party or parties, if any exists. 2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued. [[strikethrough]] III So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of John E. Deans,, consisting of a workshop corner of Washington + King Sts. Petersburg, Va. is restored to him upon the following conditions ownership upon the following conditions viz;- Cancelled 1st The property will be turned over to Mr. Deans upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists. 2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for any damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued. Bolling, No's. 10, 12, 16 & 18 Old St. Petersburg, Va. is restored to him with all the rights and privilege of ownership
