extends over it, the property of Virginia S. Joynes consisting of one dwelling house and lot, one store house and one tract of woodland. situated in and near the village of Onancock, Accomac Co. Va, is restored to her with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Circular No. 3, War Dept. Bureau R.F. & A.L. Washington, D.C. 22nd May 1865 and upon the following conditions:

1st The property will be turned over to Miss Joynes upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling her to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

I So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of James A. Fisher, situated in Northampton, Va. and consisting of three tracts of land, the first containing eighty six and three quarters (86 3/4) acres, the second twenty six (26) acres, the third one hundred and twenty seven (127) acres, all united in one farm under the name of Melville, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Circular No. 3, Bureau R.F. & A.L. Washington, D.C. 22nd May 1865 and upon the following conditions, viz:

1st The property will be turned over to Mr Fisher upon the

expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

II So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of William P. Porter, consisting of one house and lot situated in City Point, Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions, viz:

1st The property will be turned over to Mr Porter upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.

2nd That nothing is this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

III It appearing that Robert Gilmer Boure, whose property in Loudon Co. Va, was set apart for the use of this Bureau by Circular No. 1, Land Dept. Bureau R.F. & A.L., is about to apply for a reversal of the decree of confiscation against him and has made application to be allowed to retain possession of his property until the case is decided it is hereby ordered that his application be granted on condition that he pay a proper rent should the decree of confiscation be affirmed.

The Supt. of the 5th Dist. will take proper measures to secure such payment in that event.
