Special Order
No 60.

20th September 1865.

I. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Mary Frances Wortham, consisting of a house and lot on Catharine Street, being 3d. house from New Baptist Church and situated in the city of Norfolk Va., is restored to her with all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions Viz: 

1st. The property will be turned over to the above named, Mary Frances Wortham upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists. 

2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling her to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued. 

II. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of of Mrs.___ Cunningham, the widow of the late Capt. Robert Cunningham of the U.S. Navy, consisting of a tract of land known as the "Far Moor Farm", situated on Little Creek, Princess Ann County, is restored to her with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirement of Circular No. 3 War Department Bureau R.F. & A.L. and upon the following conditions, viz: 

1st. The property will be turned over to Mrs. Cunningham upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists. 

2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling her to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued. 

III. In accordance with orders from the Head Qrs, Department of Va. the Detachment of Co "B" 24th U.S. C. Troops, at Chimborazo Camp will report without delay to the Hd. Qrs of the Regiment. 

IV. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Martha B. Saunders, consisting of a house and lot on Freemason Street, in the City of Norfolk, Va bounded by Brite, Dunmore and Freemason Streets, is restored to her with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions Viz: 

1st. The property will be turned over the above named Martha B. Saunders, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.

2d. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling her to compensation for damages to the property, or to any rents which may have accrued. 

V. So far asany jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the Baptist Church building, at Kempsville, Princess Ann County, Va, is restored to the former Congregation, subject to the following conditions, viz: 

1st. That the rights of the colored members
