2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling the "Church" to compensation for damages to the property.

VI. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Agnes H. Elliott, consisting of two houses Nos 6 and 8, Fell Church Street, in the City of Norfolk Va, is restored to her with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions viz: 

1st. The property will be turned over to the above named Agnes H. Elliott upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties if any exist. 

2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling her to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued. 

VII...So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Ann Cruse, consisting of two Houses and lots situate at the Northwestern intersection of Grabb and Court Streets in the City of Portsmouth Va. is restored to her with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions, viz: 

1st. The property will be turned over to the above named Ann Cruse, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.

VIII...So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of William M. Hope, consisting of a house and lot on South Street, near Middle Street, in the City of Portsmouth Va. is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions. viz:
1st. The property will be turned over to the above named William M. Hope upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.
2nd That nothing on this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued.

IX...So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Leaven Gayle consisting of a tract of land, located on the western branch of the Elizabeth River, about three miles from the cities of Norfolk and Portsmouth, in the County of Norfolk, Va. containing Two hundred and thirty seven acres, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership subject to the requirements of Circular No 3., War Department, Bureau R.F. and A.L. and upon the following conditions. viz:
