I. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Henry B. Constable, consisting of a Brick Dwelling situated at the corner of York and Amelia Streets, Norfolk Va. also a vacant lot on York Street and a vacant lot on Dartmouth Street, in the City of Norfolk Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions, viz:

1st. The property will be turned over to the above-named Henry B. Constable upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.

2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued.

II. . . . So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of the

Portsmouth Building Association, of which A.M. Tabb is President, consisting of six houses and lots, eith eight or ten unimproved lots, all situated in the City of Portsmouth Va, is restored to the above named Association, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions, viz:

1st. The property will be turned over to the above-named "Portsmouth Building Association", upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.

2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling "The Association" to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

III. . . . So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Nathaniel R. Wilkinson and Wm f. Wilkinson, consisting of a tract of land known as "Pinner's Point," on the Elizabeth River, in Norfolk County Va. containing one = hundred acres, more or less, is restored to them with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Circular No. 3, War Department, Bureau R.F. and A.L. and upon the following conditions, viz:

1st. The property will be turned over to the above-named parties, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.
