Special Order
No 62.

II. . . . So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of John Southgate and Mrs. Angelina E. Johns, consisting of Houses and lots numbers 3, 5 & 7, Freemason Street and number 31 Granby Street, all situated in the city of Norfolk Va, is restored to them, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions viz

1st. The property will be turned over to the above named John Southgate and Angelina E. Johns upon  
the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.

2nd. That nothing in this order to construed as entitling them to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which have accrued.

II. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of the William S. Christian, consisting of a tract of lands situated in Northampton County, State of Va, containing four-hundred acres, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership subject to the requirements of Circular No. 3, War Department Bureau R.F. & A.L. and upon the following conditions viz:

1st. That property will be turned over to the above-named William S. Christian upon the expiration of the

lease to third party or parties if any exists.

2d. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued.

III. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Susannah Ghio, consisting of a lot of land with its appurtenances situate as the S. East intersection of Randolph and Fourth Streets - also the lot situate on Harrison and Fourth Streets, all of said property situate in that part of the city of Portsmouth [[strikethrough]] City [[/strikethrough]] called Gosport, is restored to her will all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions - viz: 

1st. The property will be turned over to Mrs. Ghio upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.

2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling her to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued.

IV. . . . So far as any jurisdiction of the Bureau extends over it, the property of James B. Dey, consisting of a House and lot, No. 75 Main Street, City of Norfolk, Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions - viz: -
