1st. The property will be turned over to the above-named James B. Dey upon the expiration of the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.

2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

V. . . So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Wm A. Graves, consisting of property No. 66, Wide Water Street Norfolk Va, with Steam Engine, Saw Mills, Planing Machines, Marine Railway with other machinery and fixtures - is restored to him with all the rights sand privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions viz: —

1st The property will be turned over to Mr. Wm A. Graves upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.

I. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of the City of Portsmouth Va. consisting of House and lot situated on High Street, adjoining the Bank of Virginia, Portsmouth Va is restored to them, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, on the following conditions, viz:

1st. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling them to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which have accrued.

II. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Elizabeth
