Vermillion, consisting of five tenements and the lots on which they stand, situated on Bart Street, City of Portsmouth Va. is restored to her, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions Viz:,

1st The property will be turned over to Elizabeth Vermillion , upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling her to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

III So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it the property of M. A. Salusbury, consisting of the House and lot. No. 10, Situated on Ten Church Street, in the City of Norfolk Va. is restored to Mr A. Swank, Guardian for M. A. Salusbury,with all the rights and privileges of ownership, on the following conditions viz:

1st The property will be turned over to Wm. A. Swank, Guardian for M.A. Salisbury,upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exist.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued

IV So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Henry E. Irby consisting of a lot, piece or parcel

of land with its appurtenances situated on Dartmouth Street in the City of Norfolk Va. is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions Viz:,

1st The property will be turned over to Henry E. Irby upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued.

V. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Sally Wilson Hodges, consisting of a house and lot situated at the South-west intersection of Court and Queen Streets in the City of Portsmouth Va is restored to her with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions Viz: -

1st The property will be turned over to Sally Wilson Hodges upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling her to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued.
