Special Orders
No 64.

I So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Joseph Reynolds, consisting of a lot of land situated on the South Side of Harrison Street in that part of the City of Portsmouth called Gosport, State of Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions viz.

1st The property will be turned over to Joseph Reynolds upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any so exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued.

II So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Robert [[N?]]. W. Keeling, consisting of a farm, situated in Norfolk County, St. Brids Parish Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Circular No 3. War Dept Bureau R.F. and A.L. and upon the following conditions viz:-

1st The property will be turned over to Robert N. W. Keeling upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for

damages to the property or rents which may have accrued.

III.
So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Camilla A. Moore, consisting of a house and lot situated on Queen Street, in the City of Norfolk Va, is restored to her with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions - viz:-

1st The property will be turned over to Camilla A. Moore upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists-

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling her to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued.

IV. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it the property of Abraham F. Leonard, consisting of three lots on Bank Street, one lot on Free Mason Street, one lot on Church Street, one lot on Hawk Street, lots on Charlotte Street, one lot on Williams Street, an interest in one lot on Main Street, an interest on lots on Talbot Street, all in the City of Norfolk Va, is restored to him with him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions viz:-

1st The property will be turned over to Abraham F. Leonard upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be con[[sidered]]
