lots of land with their appurtenances situate in that part of Portsmouth Va called Gosport, and a house and lot situate on the East side of Court Street and one half of the warehouse and wharf, situate on the East side of Water Street and North of London Street in the city of Portsmouth Va, and one-sixth of a tract of land situate & being in Norfolk County Va known as "Cedar Grove" is restored to him with all the rights to the requirements of Circular No 3. C. S. War Dept. Bureau R. F. & A. L. and upon the following conditions viz:-

1st The property will be turned over to William H. Peters, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties of any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or rents which may have accrued.

III  So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Sallie H. Pierce (widow of Joseph Pierce) consisting of a house and lot situate on the Southwestern corner of Court and South Streets in the city of Portsmouth Va, is restored to her with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions viz:

1st The property will be turned over

over to Sallie H. Pierce upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling her to compensation for damages to the property or rents which may have accrued.

IV.  So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of John H. Richardson and Mary F. Richardson consisting of a house and lot situate on the West side of Court Street, as its northern termination, also a house and lot on the North side of Glasgow Street, between Court and Middle Streets, City of Portsmouth Va, is restored to them with all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions viz:-

1st  The property will be turned over to John H. Richardson and Mary F. Richardson upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling them to compensation for damages to the property or rents which may have accrued.

V. So far as any jurisdiction of Bureau extends over it, the property J. Hardy Henderson, consisting of a lot of land with its appurtenances, situated on the West side of Brewer Street in the city of Norfolk Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of
