No.68
I. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of James G. Pollard consisting of a tract of land, containing one hundred (100) acres, more or less, situated near the Fair Ground in the county of Norfolk VA, and known as "Oak Hall", is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirement of Circular No. 3 C S War Dept. Bureau R. F & A. L. and upon the following conditions viz.

1st The property will be turned over to James G. Pollard upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order to construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or rents which may have accrued.

II. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Anne E. Bradford, consisting of a house and lot No 70. West end Main Street, in the city of Norfolk VA, also a farm in Princess Ann County VA is restored to her with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Circular No.3 C. S. War Dept. Bureau R.F and A. L. and upon the following conditions viz.

1st The property will be turned over to Anne E. Bradford upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling her to compensation for damages to the property or rents which may have accrued.

III. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of John L. Hunley consisting of a lot of land situated, on the west side of Fourth Street in that part of the City of Portsmouth VA, known as [[?]] is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership subject to the requirements of Circular No. 3 C. S. War Dept. Bureau R. F and A. L. and upon the following conditions viz:-
1st The property will be turned over to John L. Hunley upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or rents which may have accrued.

IV. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Richard Eppes, situated at and near City Point Va,is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Circular No. 3 C. S. War Dept. Bureau R. F. and A. L. and upon the following conditions - viz:-
