2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or rents which may have accrued.

IV. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of James Fleming, consisting of a house and lot situated on the North Side of County Street between Court and Dinwiddie Streets in the City of Portsmouth Va, is restored to him with all rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions viz:-

1st  The property will be restored to James Fleming upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.

2nd  That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damaged to the property or rents which may have accrued.

I So far as any Jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of David Williams, consisting of a house

and lot situated on the East side of Court Street, South of South Street, and near the Union Bridge in the City of Portsmouth Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following condition - viz:- 

1st The property will be turned over to David Williams upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.

2nd  That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued.

II  So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of William F. Jarvis, consisting of a house and lot, situated on Bart Street, in the City of Portsmouth Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership , upon the following conditions - viz:-

1st  The property will be turned over to William F. Jarvis upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order to construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued.

III. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of George W. Ferebee consisting of a lot, piece or parcel of land with its appurtenances situate, lying and being in the City of Portsmouth Va, and bounded as follows:-
