one-hundred and thirty-eight feet west of Effingham Street, thence on the line of Clifford Street,West forty- two feet, thence South, parallel with Effingham Street,one-hundred and thirteen feet, thence East parallel with Clifford Street, forty-two feet, thence North parallel with Effingham Street, one-hundred and thirteen feet to Clifford Street, the point of beginning, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Circular No.3. C.S War Dept. Bureau R.F and A.L. and upon the following conditions - viz:

1st  The property will be turned over to George W Ferebee, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists. 

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or rents which may have accrued.

IV. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of John S. Thomas consisting of a house and lot,situated on the East side of Green Street between County and King Streets in the City of Portsmouth Va, is restored to him, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions - viz:

1st The property will be turned over to John S. Thomas upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued.
 
V. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Charles W. Constable, consisting of a house and lot situated at the corner of Queen and Amelia Streets, in the City of Norfolk Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions - viz:

1st The property will be turned over to Charles W. Constable upon the expiration of the lease of any third party or parties, if any exists.
 
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or rents
which may have accrued.
