VI  So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Mattie Parrish, consisting of two tracts of land one of which contains three-hundred and thirty- three (333) acres, and the other two-hundred and twenty-seven (227) acres situate, lying and being in Elizabeth City County Va, is restored to her, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of circular No. 3. C. S. War Dept. Bureau R. F. & A. L. and upon the following conditions - viz:-

1st The property will be turned over to Mattie Parrish, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling her to compensation for damages to the property or rents which have been received

VII  All rents now due will be turned over to Mattie Parrish.

VIII  So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of William Jones, consisting of a farm situate, lying and being in Elizabeth City County Va. bounded as follows: - On the North by land of Helen Moore, East, by County Road, South by land of Eliza Jones, West, by land of William Goodall, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Circular No. 3.

IX.  So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Virginia Cooper consisting of a farm, situate, lying and being in Elizabeth City County Va, and founded on the North by Back River, East by land of Eliza Watts, South by land of J. Sinclair, West by land of Kennon Whiting, is restored to her, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Circular No 3. C. S. War Dept. Bureau R. F & A. L. and upon the following conditions-viz:-

1st The property will be turned over to Virginia Cooper, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling her to compensation for damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued.
